Join a book presentation for *The Civilization of Artisans* by Natalya Sergeevna Vinokurova at Stanford University. Natalia, an architect originally from Central Asia, has lived in Bolivia since 1997. Her book consists of captivating short stories about people in extreme conditions: treasure hunts, the author’s theories on historical events, and an exploration of Russian identity. The event will be held in Russian and partly in Spanish. Guests can look forward to a conversation with the author, Bolivian pekeos snacks, and the opportunity to purchase a copy of the book with color illustrations (limited availability).
